Joanne O’Connell-Foster is a Principal at n|e|m|d architects, inc. and has been with the firm since 1998. She is Director of Quality Control and Quality Assurance for all construction documentation, including building codes, Departments of Health and any applicable regulatory bodies. Ms. O’Connell-Foster has over 25 years of experience in architecture and construction, with exposure to a wide variety of projects, construction methods and mechanical systems. She has been involved in government, educational, healthcare, assembly spaces, and other commercial projects.
